I work with individuals who may feel overwhelmed, emotionally worn down, stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns, or burdened by past pain. Many people come to counseling because they are tired of repeating the same cycles and are longing for deeper healing, greater clarity, and a healthier way forward.

I view counseling as both a place of support and a place of growth. Clients need space to be heard, understood, and cared for, but they also need help identifying the deeper patterns shaping their lives. My goal is to walk alongside clients with compassion and honesty, helping them gain insight, build healthier patterns, and move toward meaningful change.
